About Wink Kopczynski III

Wink grew up in Longview, TX, where he graduated high school before obtaining a business degree from the University of Oklahoma in Norman. After college, he accepted the position of Land Manager at New Gulf Resources, LLC, where he built the Land Department from scratch and oversaw the acquisition and development of over 300,000 acres in TX, OK, KS, and CA, managing over $1.6 billion in assets sales as well as over $600 million in acquisitions. He launched the Business Development Department where he was responsible for the company’s acquisition and divestiture efforts and various other responsibilities. In addition, Wink currently holds the position of Director of Acquisitions and Regulatory Affairs for Paladin Land Group, LLC - a full service oil and gas brokerage firm. These experiences led Wink to the decision to enter real estate, a field that goes hand-in-hand with his previous career path. His years spent as an oil and gas consultant gave him the valuable experience of representing clients and fulfilling their needs/desires. He brings this knowledge to his real estate clients today, along with his savvy negotiation expertise, excellent communication skills, and an impeccable work ethic, developed from over a decade working as a Petroleum Landman. A full-service agent, Wink is familiar with residential listings in Bixby, Broken Arrow, Jenks, Sapulpa, Midtown Tulsa, and South Tulsa, where he lives with his wife, a Pediatric Nurse at the St. Jude Affiliate Clinic at The Children’s Hospital at Saint Francis, and daughter, Grace Anne, who joined the world in July 2021. Although he grew up in TX, Wink has deep roots in the Tulsa Metro area with grandparents raised in Sapulpa, and many family members in the area. Wink is active in his community and recipient of Tulsa Area United Way’s 2019 Volunteer of the Year award. He is a member of Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Tomorrow’s Leaders Board, and was named one of Oklahoma Magazine’s “40 Under 40” for 2020.
